The taste of famous Vital ketchup is one of those small things that put an extra spice to pizza lovers’ lives. As a synonym for quality and tradition, „Vital“ is one of the biggest food companies in this part of Europe.
After years of sparkless tradition and history of bringing joy to every meal, Vital ketchup has finally got a new memorable package design.
Challenge
The real challenge was to discover a new and fresh package look that will point up the fact that this Vital ketchup is one of the bestselling, highest quality products on the Balkan market.
Vital company records a long history of using only domestic and natural ingredients in ketchup preparation, so one of the tasks was to create the package that associates on delicious and fresh tomatoes.
Approach
Petya used the previous design as a base, changing the old shape of the package. The new redesigned bottle reminds of ketchup fluid form, which makes product appearance appealing and easy to remember.
The shape of the previous bottle was uneasy to handle, so the new package had to be ergonomic and suitable to fit the hand.
Solution
New design met both practical and visual goals. With adding the final touch, different flavours of this quality product were presented. The final package solution has an elongated shape that keeps full bottle volume. The form is solid, but yet easy to handle and use.
Various cap foils and colours labels make a clear distinction between the three most famous ketchup tastes: classic, pizza and hot. With a brand new outfit, Vital ketchup continues to preserve a long tradition of Balkan unforgettable tastes…
